Hope you are well. Getting ready to go to Egypt? I hope it's going to be fun for you. Are you coping well with your SAD?

Arun, would you tell us a little more about these enzyme disorders like TMAU that have yet to be discovered? What metabolic processes do they involve, protein, carbs and sweets, dairy, etc? Perhaps knowing this could help us figure out how to best modify our diets.
