TMAU genetic testing insurance

The urine tests are (relatively) affordable, but the blood tests absolutely are not. I'm guessing there is no chance of US-based insurance (public or private) paying out to that hospital in Spain, but how about Denver? The planned testing in Florida was suppose to be cheaper and more liable to get insurance support?

Am I right?
